When you visit, our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, request times, and security signals. This helps deliver the website, diagnose issues, and distinguish people from automated traffic.
How we use information
We use information to respond to questions, confirm service coverage, prepare estimates, arrange and provide agreed services, communicate with customers, and maintain related business records. We also use information to operate and protect the website, prevent spam and abuse, resolve issues, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use estimate requests to send promotional marketing.
Providers and sharing
We use providers to operate the website and handle your request:
- Cloudflare hosting and security. Website traffic and estimate requests pass through Cloudflare, which processes information needed to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare Turnstile. The contact page uses Turnstile to verify visitors and prevent automated submissions. Verification includes technical security signals and may include your IP address. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics. Our hosting adds a performance analytics script that measures visits and page-load performance so we can understand and improve the site. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies or browser storage to collect usage metrics or fingerprint individual visitors. - FormSubmit and email providers. After verification, your submitted contact and property details, selected service, and message are sent through FormSubmit to our estimates inbox. In some cases, your browser completes delivery directly to FormSubmit. Our email providers also process messages so we can receive and respond to requests. See FormSubmit’s Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose information when reasonably needed to comply with law or legal process, protect people or our legal rights, or resolve a dispute. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate; their own privacy notices describe their practices.
How long information is kept
We keep estimate correspondence and customer records for as long as reasonably needed to handle inquiries, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and satisfy applicable legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the information and the reason we hold it.
FormSubmit’s documentation states that it retains form submissions in its archive for 30 days. This provider archive is separate from copies delivered to our inbox and related business records; those copies are not automatically deleted when the provider’s archive period ends.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose whether to submit an estimate request and whether to provide optional information. We need the form’s required contact, address, and service details to handle a request through the website.
